Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Ensuring all Statutory Compliances under Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations for Indian Listed Company 2. Ensuring Compliances under Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations & FEMA. 3. Implementation of Companies Act 2013 & SEBI Regulations in the most effective manner in the organization 4. Drafting various policies/documents required under Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations 5. Administration & management of ESOP Schemes and ESOP Trust 6. Handling statutory meetings like Board Meeting, Committee Meetings, AGM / EGM, Postal Ballots, etc. 7. Building Regulatory framework and ensuring compliances for Indian and International subsidiaries. 8. Building Digital capabilities in the Secretarial Department 9. Preparation & Maintenance of Statutory Records like Minutes, Registers & Agendas 10. Drafting of Annual Report documents like CGR, Board Report etc. 11. Liasioning with various statutory authorities, internal/external stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile , Overall 3+ years of experience Qualification Company Secretary & Law Graduate
