Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in maintaining and updating company records and documents. Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes for board meetings.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and events.

Support the CS in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Help draft and review company policies and procedures.

Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Gain valuable insights into corporate governance and company secretarial practices. Stipend depends on your current status.
