Company Secretary Intern

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end secretarial affairs of Skuad's existing and new entities. This includes providing support to the group corporate secretary in overseeing other entities and international expansion activities. You will offer company secretarial guidance and support to the board of directors of the entities you are assigned to. Your role will involve reviewing and ensuring compliance with secretarial requirements under the Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations. You will be tasked with providing support and guidance to the board, board committees, and independent directors on compliance matters. Filing all necessary documents and reports as mandated by law will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will review agreements and document compliances to monitor shareholder and corporate obligations. You will also liaise with internal and statutory auditors, cost auditors, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with the Companies Act. Furthermore, you will create and manage data rooms for diligence processes, including coordinating with internal teams to provide required documents to investors. Staying updated on changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment will be essential, and you will need to take appropriate action accordingly.
