Job Title: Company Secretary (1–2 Years Experience) Location: Block B1, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, 110058 Department: Legal & Compliance Salary-65k Reports to: Senior Company Secretary / Legal Head Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our legal and compliance team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the company adheres to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting corporate governance functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and preparing agendas, notices, and minutes for Board and Committee meetings. Ensure timely filings of various returns and forms with the MCA, ROC, RBI, SEBI, etc. Maintain statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. Coordinate and support compliance with corporate governance and other legal obligations. Liaise with external regulators and advisors (ROC, stock exchanges, auditors). Support secretarial audits and due diligence processes. Draft and vet resolutions, agreements, and internal policies as needed. Help with the preparation of annual reports and disclosures. Required Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Company Secretary (ACS). 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a corporate or consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations. Proficient in MS Office and legal compliance software (if applicable). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
