Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

• Manage ROC filings, board meetings, annual returns, and maintenance of statutory registers.

• Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, NDAs, MoUs, LOIs, and vendor/client contracts.

• Provide legal opinions and support management in decision-making on legal and compliance matters.

• Liaise with external legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

• Manage contract lifecycle, risk assessment, and dispute resolution support.

• Draft and maintain internal policies, SOPs, and governance documentation.

• Conduct legal research and ensure timely updates on changes in corporate and commercial law.

• Support due diligence and documentation for mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.

• Ensure company-wide compliance with labour laws, safety standards, and internal policies.
