Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary located in New Delhi. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with relevant legislation and regulation, and keeps board members informed of their legal responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing and maintaining company records, overseeing regulatory compliance and corporate governance, coordinating board meetings, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating company records and documentation
• Experience in coordinating and managing board meetings
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., ICSI) is a plus
