The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and control sheet metal fabrication operations to ensure production targets are met. Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and processes to ensure efficient workflow. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, punching, welding, and assembly. Monitor production output, quality, and downtime metrics. Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality teams to improve product manufacturability. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA). Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001.
