Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Bending Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC press brake or bending machines to bend and shape sheet metal or other materials according to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC bending/press brake machines to bend metal parts per blueprints or technical drawings.
• Select proper tools, dies, and machine settings (angles, depths, etc.) for each job.
• Inspect and measure finished workpieces using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, protractors, etc.) to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain quality and output.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot any issues with equipment or workpieces.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety policies.
• Document production counts, quality checks, and machine logs accurately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).
• Proven experience operating CNC bending or press brake machines (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and bending characteristics.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC programming or editing machine parameters.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
