Ayush Jai Agarwal & Co is a member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, located in Lucknow. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities, advising on corporate governance, and maintaining company records. The role also involves coordinating board meetings, maintaining minutes, and providing guidance to the board and senior management on company law and corporate governance best practices. Qualifications Strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance Experience in preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining company records, and handling secretarial audits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or related field Show more Show less
