Role Description

This is a full-time Company Secretary role located in Surat at Arav Ventures. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance structures, and facilitating communication between the board of directors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Legal knowledge and experience in company law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Relevant certification in Company Secretaryship
• Experience in the investment or startup ecosystem is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
