Key Responsibilities:


Participant Engagement & Transformation Support

  • Conduct warm welcome calls and guide every new participant with clarity and care.
  • Help members attend workshops, complete assignments, and track visible progress.
  • Send reminders and assist with onboarding before each workshop session.
  • Check in regularly, encourage momentum, and support stuck participants with empathy.

Community Management

  • Manage WhatsApp groups and other digital spaces to keep the energy active.
  • Make impactful announcements and share real-time updates for events and challenges.
  • Motivate participants during challenges, live sessions, and group activities.
  • Maintain scoreboards, track participation, and celebrate small wins.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and workshop attendance.
  • Share daily and weekly updates on calls made and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and coaching teams for smooth operations.

Experience Required

  • 3–8 years of experience in people-facing roles (community, client support, education, EdTech, etc.)
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) is

💰 Compensation

₹15,000–₹30,000/month
