Location: Delhi or Mumbai

CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Experience: 5+ years

Role Overview

Lead and execute community-led marketing strategies to build brand awareness, affinity, and guest acquisition.

Own and deliver quarterly community programs across running, yoga, training, and fitness partners.

Act as the key marketing relationship holder for premium gyms, studios, run clubs, athletes, and shopping centres.

Project manage 360° marketing strategies for new store openings and new market entry.

Coach and engage store teams through strategy sessions and campaign enrolment.

Manage and grow the Local Ambassador & KOL ecosystem.

Provide strategic market insights for the local region.

Manage budgets, reporting, and marketing materials.

Must Have

Strong network in fitness & wellbeing communities.

Personally active: runner / gymmer / yoga practitioner.

Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and relationship-driven mindset.
