Role Overview: We're looking for a dynamic Community Manager who can drive engagement, build partnerships, and lead music-driven events that bring our community to life both online and offline. About Tunelground: Tunelground is India's fastest-growing music-tech platform, connecting musicians, music schools, studios, event partners, and music lovers. We're on a mission to empower artists and build a vibrant, collaborative music community. Key responsibilities: A. Community Management 1. Build and nurture relationships with musicians, studios, and music schools. 2. Handle onboarding, support, and ongoing engagement with platform users. 3. Manage social media communities and drive user-generated content. 4. Regularly interact with artists to keep the community active and vibrant. B. Brand Partnerships 1. Identify and approach potential brand partners, music shops, and sponsors. 2. Collaborate on co-branded campaigns, product collaborations, and sponsorships. 3. Manage partner relationships and ensure consistent brand visibility. C. Event Organizing 1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute Tunelground's offline and online events. 2. Manage logistics, artist coordination, venue partnerships, and event promotions. 3. Ensure seamless execution of jam sessions, workshops, fests, and partner events. D. Engagement Activities 1. Design engagement campaigns like contests, challenges, and spotlight features. 2. Conduct regular meet-ups, and interactive sessions with community members. 3.
