Community Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Community Marketing Manager at our dynamic team, your main focus will be on building and nurturing online and offline communities around our key educational programs in Kozhikode, Kerala. You will be responsible for planning and executing creative community campaigns, contests, and conversations, collaborating with various teams to keep our communities informed and inspired, and driving college-based programs to foster active student communities. Additionally, you will be analyzing community engagement metrics and contributing to campaign strategies to enhance our reach and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture online and offline communities around key educational programs. - Plan and execute creative community campaigns, contests, and conversations. - Collaborate with marketing, academic, and creative teams to keep communities informed, inspired, and involved. - Drive college-based programs and foster active student communities across Kerala. - Manage community events, webinars, and feedback loops. - Analyze community engagement metrics and contribute to campaign strategies.
