Job Title: Community Manager Location: Park Street, Kolkata Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 1 – 2 Years Working Days: Monday to Saturday About the Role: We’re looking for a Community & Operations Generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities. This is a dynamic, people-facing role ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organised, and passionate about building relationships and executing plans efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for students, partners, and other stakeholders. Assist in planning and executing both online and offline events. Coordinate with student ambassadors and ensure smooth communication. Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of processes. Follow up with stakeholders over calls/emails and ensure timely responses. Represent the brand professionally and positively in all interactions. Take initiative to solve problems and implement effective solutions. Who You Are: A people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Someone who enjoys reaching out, building rapport, and representing a brand. Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask and manage timelines. Hands-on and proactive, with a strong “figure-it-out” attitude. Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
