Community Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Community Manager to take care of our co-working space and its members. You will be the main point of contact for all visitors and members, helping them with any needs, making them feel welcome, and keeping the space running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet and help members and visitors
• Manage daily operations of the space
• Handle bookings, memberships, and payments
• Plan and organize small events or gatherings
• Keep the space neat, clean, and fully equipped
• Respond to member questions or concerns quickly
• Show the space to potential members
• Support social media and community updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication and people skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Organized and good at multitasking
• Basic computer skills (emails, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
