Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team in Kasol, Rishikesh, and Delhi. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and engaging our communities, ensuring a positive brand experience for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and organize fun events to engage the community.
• Improve guest experience through active interaction and support.
• Capture and create engaging video content to share across platforms.
• Manage and moderate online communities, including social media channels, forums, and groups.
• Foster positive relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in video creation and editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
