Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team in Kasol, Rishikesh, and Delhi. The Community Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and engaging our communities, ensuring a positive brand experience for our audience. Key Responsibilities: Create and organize fun events to engage the community. Improve guest experience through active interaction and support. Capture and create engaging video content to share across platforms. Manage and moderate online communities, including social media channels, forums, and groups. Foster positive relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
