Community Manager Healthcare

Job Description: As a Community Manager for the healthcare sector in Ludhiana Region, your role will involve leading outreach efforts to strengthen professional relationships, drive patient referrals, and enhance brand presence in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to support business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, medical practitioners, and healthcare professionals, generating patient referrals through active networking, identifying and onboarding new referral partners and healthcare institutions, organizing promotional events and community engagement initiatives, staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to the management team, and ensuring brand visibility and credibility within the healthcare community. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to support business growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical practitioners, and healthcare professionals in the region. - Generate patient referrals through active networking with clinics, hospitals, and individual healthcare providers. - Identify, engage, and onboard new referral partners and healthcare institutions. - Organize and execute promotional events, marketing campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning. - Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on performance and opportunities. - Ensure brand visibility and credibility within the healthcare community. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry. - Proven ability to build and maintain a strong referral network. - Must own a two-wheeler for field visits. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.,
