Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic and diverse, spanning student engagement, event coordination, and digital presence. You will:

• Communication & Admissions

  : Respond to student/parent queries, guide admissions, and maintain accurate records.

• Outreach & Database Management

  : Build and strengthen patron and partner networks, and draft communication for events, collaborations, and updates.

• Weekend Support

  : Ensure smooth weekend class operations, assist teachers, and warmly welcome new students.

• Social Media Management

  : Manage the organisation's digital presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube by creating and posting basic updates, reels, and event highlights.

• Events & Coordination

  : Support cultural performances and events, liaise with vendors, and represent the organisation externally with professionalism and grace.

• Founder Support

  : Manage the Founder’s schedule and assist with meetings, communications, and external engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience

  : 1–4 years of work experience in community management, coordination, or related fields.

• Skills

  :
• Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi and English).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Strong at research, coordination, and network-building.
