Community Lead

We provide a platform for individuals to unwind, meet new people, and engage in fun activities both online and offline, aiming to combat loneliness and foster genuine connections in today's fast-paced world. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing a thriving community, both online and offline. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members feel engaged, supported, and valued. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing strategies to drive member growth, participation, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and grow Oopar's online and offline communities. - Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. - Regularly interact with community members to understand their needs and interests. - Organize and facilitate online and offline events, meetups, and activities aligned with the community's goals. In terms of event management, you will plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and challenges that align with Oopar's mission. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups of people. - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for driving community engagement. - Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - 0-1 years of community management experience; previous internships in community management or content are highly preferred. - A degree in Psychology, Journalism, or Mass Communication is preferred. - Experience working in a startup environment.
