Role Overview:

As a Community Intern, you will manage and engage with Masai s instructor and mentor community, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. You will be the bridge connecting our educators to the organization, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued as an integral part of Masai s journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement:
Regularly interact with instructors and mentors, keeping them informed, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals.
Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new instructors/mentors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Community Building:
Organize virtual meetups, webinars, and discussions to foster a sense of belonging and collaboration among the community.
Feedback Management:
Collect and analyze feedback from instructors to improve their experience and resolve issues proactively.
Communication:
Serve as the point of contact for the instructor/mentor community, addressing queries and sharing updates.
Documentation:
Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and community events for future reference and strategy building.
Content Creation:
Collaborate on creating newsletters, announcements, and materials to keep the community engaged and informed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Passion for community building and engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Interest in education, technology, or related fields is a plus.
Prior experience in community management or similar roles is a bonus but not mandatory.
