Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Intern, located in Pune with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging with the community, building and fostering relationships, supporting community-related initiatives, and handling customer service inquiries. The role also includes managing communications, facilitating community discussions, and contributing to strategies that enhance community engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management Customer Service experience with a focus on ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns efficiently Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt in a hybrid work setting Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with social platforms or community tools A willingness to learn and grow in community-related strategies
