About Rain in SansWe are building building cultural sanctuaries.Rain in Sans is a fashion company with a hidden layer of community known as 1136 — our insider system of early access, storytelling, and emotional fluency. This isn’t a loyalty program. It’s an internal track for customers, creators, and culture-shapers who move with rhythm and intention. The RoleWe’re looking for a Community & Growth Intern who can help us manage our early systems of connection. You’ll support digital touchpoints across CRM, DMs, drop communications, and cultural engagement — helping Rain in Sans build toward something that feels more like a signal than a brand. What You'll Do: Maintain CRM lists (email lists, 1136 database, pre-launch access)Assist with direct comms (DM responses, email replies, campaign messages)Track soft engagement data (email opens, IG shares/saves, feedback loops)Support post-launch surveys, engagement moments, and insider ritualsWork with founder to brainstorm early 1136 activations and track cultural momentum Skills We Expect: Organized, emotionally intelligent communicatorComfortable using spreadsheets, digital tools, and email systemsYou understand how brands speak — and how community feelsBonus if you’ve worked in music, fashion, nightlife, or creative industries Ideal Background: Passion for fashion, loyalty programs, subcultures, or brand communityClear writing skills and presence in DMs/emailYou care about building something intimate, not something viral Internship Terms: Remote-first | ~14–18 hrs/week₹6,000–₹8,000/month stipend3-month minimum commitmentPerformance reward + certificate on completionFreelance/full-time opportunity after 6 months 📩 Apply by sending your intro, your favorite brand (and why) + 2–3 content samples (Reels, short edits, visuals, portfolio) to info@raininsans.com
