Essential Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication or related fields.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Gsuite, Excel.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic website maintenance.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • An effective team worker who shows initiative and takes ownership of the role.
  • Passion for arts and culture – experience and understanding of cultural festivals are a big plus.
