Communication Training & Development

Design and deliver tailored communication programs for CX agents and business development teams
Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions focused on veterinary communication
Develop engaging training materials: videos, presentations, role-plays, and assessments
Create modules on pet owner communication, empathy, and animal behavior understanding

Coaching & Performance Improvement

Provide one-on-one coaching to enhance communication skills
Lead regular refresher sessions and skill-building workshops
Monitor performance and deliver constructive feedback
Support onboarding, continuous training, and performance improvement efforts

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

Evaluate training impact through feedback, surveys, and metrics
Maintain training records and generate performance reports
Collaborate with QA and ops teams to identify and address skill gaps
Ensure training aligns with industry standards and best practices
