As Communications Manager, you will support the Country Finance Manager and Program leadership in the effective deployment of the Data & Systems Modernization Pilot within India and Singapore. You will design and execute the local communications and engagement approach, liaising with global PMO team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with program objectives. This role will focus on building strong engagement activities and educational sessions, shaping local communication practices while contributing to the global strategy. You will be part of a global network of communications and program professionals, connecting with colleagues in other countries as well as the global team.

Key skills

• Strong expertise in communications, stakeholder engagement, and program messaging; experience in large transformation or ERP programs is a plus.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with Finance, Business, and IT

stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to prioritize and

deliver under tight timelines.

• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and employees, building trust and

engagement across diverse audiences.

• Curiosity and willingness to understand Finance processes, technology, and data in

order to translate complex topics into clear and compelling messages.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Familiarity with Finance and IT systems (ideally as a user or leader in Finance/ERP

programs).

• Understanding of end-to-end process, systems, and data flows across business and

finance domains, with eagerness to learn more.
