Job Description

Contrubute to Freedom Firm s fundraising initiatives
Assist in evaluating Freedom Firm s current and future financial needs and goals
Works collaboratively across departments to compile the necessary information for proposals and reports
Manages the grant proposal and reporting calendars, and tracks activities in Freedom Firm using software
Works closely with the Program Associates and Finance Department to ensure requirements of grants are fulfilled on time
Identify and build relationships with current and prospective donors
Assist in researching and writing grants provided by government, foundation, corporate, and other organizations
Ensure program excellence by tracking and measuring outcomes of fundraising initiatives.
Contribute content to Freedom Firm s various content collaterals; annual reports, newsletters, social media platforms, website and grant proposals

Position Qualifications

Bachelor s degree required
Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience.
Active on social media
Excellent in English (
Tamil reading and speaking)
Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Travel required.
