1. Research, develop, and implement training programs to ensure full compliance with company and regulatory policies, including safety topics like confined space and lockout/tagout procedures.
2. Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and recommend solutions to operational problems identified through reviews. 3. Maintain and update training records, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with administrative systems.
1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a typical requirement.
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience. 3. Experience in a training-related role with a focus on policy, curriculum development, or regulatory compliance is highly beneficial.
4. Candidate should be comfortable to work in flexible shifts
