Key Responsibilities

New Hire Training

• Deliver structured training programs for new joiners, focusing on essential soft skills, communication, and voice & accent fundamentals.

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

• Provide continuous support through on-the-job coaching for employees to enhance their performance and meet quality standards.

Refresher Training

• Conduct periodic refresher sessions for existing staff based on performance gaps and business requirements.

Performance Monitoring

• Track trainee progress during and after training; identify skill gaps and recommend further training as needed.

Training Material Support

• Assist in updating and maintaining training materials, session plans, and feedback reports.

Feedback & Reporting

• Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness and prepare reports on training outcomes.
