Dominate.Role Overview:We’re looking for a Communication Designer who’s both creative and client-focused — someone who can design striking visuals and communicate effectively with brands. You’ll create ad designs, handle visual storytelling, interact with clients, and even help bring new clients on board through creative presentations and outreach.What You’ll Do:

Design creatives for Bullz Ad’s digital billboards, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Develop brand communication materials.
Communicate verbally with clients to understand their creative needs and feedback.
Reach out to potential clients, present Bullz Ad’s services, and help convert leads into customers.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual and verbal touchpoints.
Create short motion graphics or ad storyboards for DOOH displays.
Contribute fresh creative ideas for advertising and client acquisition campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

A creative thinker who loves both design and communication.
Someone who can turn ideas into bold visuals that make brands stand out.
Confident in talking with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting design concepts clearly.
Comfortable with approaching new brands and helping bring clients to Bullz Ad.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong sense of layout, color, and typography.
Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
(Bonus) Knowledge of motion graphics or short video ads for digital displays.
