Voice Coach - Softskill attributes ,Pre process training ,Vocal Assesstment ,Communication Gap ,Pronounciation Gap , Voice Coach Softskill Atributes ,Conducting interviews for New Hire ,Cultural Orientation training with New Hires, Email Etiquettes , Call structures etc
Creating PPT on soft skill attributes, Daily Monitoring and Feedback Training and coaching bottom performers , Presentations regarding VnA training modules with clients Conducting assessments and Evaluation for new hire and BAU, OJT & BQ associates,Floor Support ,Call Monitoring

Education:

HSC or Grad Passed
