Commodity Analyst

As a Commodity Analyst at Hubbell Incorporated, you will be a crucial part of the Sourcing Center of Excellence Team. Your role will involve supporting corporate initiatives through executing supply chain and sourcing projects, creating dashboards, and providing valuable commodity analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Support various aspects of supply chain and sourcing evaluations, including vendor selection, performance monitoring, and relationship management - Develop dashboards and reports using PowerBI, with knowledge of Power App/Power Automate considered an added advantage - Utilize your expertise in DAX to ensure effective data analysis - Identify process bottlenecks, recommend improvement steps, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs - Collaborate closely with stakeholders and managers to fulfill routine and ad-hoc requests from Commodity Managers - Prepare thorough documentation for all deliverables to support quality audits and training - Process Purchase Information Records (PIRs) in SAP and analyze/report their impacts Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/BS in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Supply Chain, or Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform - Ability to optimize processes for analysis and propose alternative methods for specific outputs - Understanding of data modeling fundamentals - Proficiency in SAP - Strong self-scheduling and priority management skills to meet objectives - Capability to interpret engineering prints and drawings - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills - Effective interaction and communication with employees at all levels, management, diverse audiences, suppliers, and internal/external customers Join Hubbell Incorporated as a Commodity Analyst to leverage your expertise and contribute to the success of the supply chain and sourcing projects.,
