Commodities Portfolio Pricing & Valuations Specialist

As a Commodities Pricing & Valuations Specialist at Millennium, you will play a crucial role in managing positions and generating pricing, pnl, valuations, and risk exposures for commodity portfolios globally. You will be responsible for the following: - Playing a key role in maintaining a best-in-class real-time pricing, risk, and p & l platform for Commodities. - Contributing to onboarding new products in commodities to support a growing set of PM pods and portfolios. - Designing, implementing, and managing data and pricing controls to ensure the integrity of end-of-day and real-time p & l and risk calculations. - Coordinating and collaborating with Quant Research, Risk, Middle Office, Operations, and various Technology and Data teams. Qualifications/Skills Required: - Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in a commodities trading house with knowledge across energy, metals, and softs markets. - Experience in pricing and modeling forward curves and understanding market risk fundamentals. - Analyzing and explaining commodities pnl. - Knowledge of non-linear/option products is a plus. - Strong technical skills and ability to comprehend complex system and data flows and dependencies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ownership of work. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a global team. - Ability to prioritize and deliver effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,
