Role Description Field Service Engineer to handle Automation systems, who should Attend installation, maintenance, and break-down calls of customers. Having knowledge in commissioning and troubleshooting of sundry instruments such as pressure and temperature transmitter , Mass Flow Meter, Density Meter, Electromagnetic flow Meter etc Responsibilities Ensure customer is satisfied with the performance of our instrument and the intended application is productive for customer. Understand customer requirement & develop a win-win relation with customer. He should collaborate and contribute to achieving the team's commercial goal. Work closely with Sales Team / Supply Chain and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Participate in the implementation of process improvement initiatives associated with customer-centric service operations. Maintain and update all necessary records related to the customers for whom he is the primary engineer. Guide customers in planning and maintaining optimum spare stock. Provide pre-installation, installation & warranty services. Meet or exceed business commercial plan. Qualification Candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering (BTech)/Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience The ability to plan and ensure on-time execution of PM, BD,, and installations will be highly important to meeting customer requirements and business revenue and booking targets. He should know the handling of high-value sensitive electrical and electronic-based equipment’s. The job demands extensive touring and therefore, the candidate should be ready to travel frequently. The candidate should possess the excellent skill of communicating with customers in English, both verbally and in writing. Candidate should be a team player & able to work effectively with others. Process knowledge of these sectors will be an added advantage for the deserving candidate. Should know the Application & should be able to manage the customer requirements. Knowledge & experience in component-level fault finding and repair will be an added advantage. It is expected that the candidate will have experience in handling Microsoft OS, both new & older versions. Experience Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of computer-controlled high-cost analytical instruments. Candidate should have experience of working in Cement and Metal Industries. Process knowledge of cement, Steel, and Aluminum will be an added advantage. Candidate should have experience in planning and execution of installation and commissioning of high-cost Proficiency in the latest computer hardware and software is essential.
