Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in New Delhi. The role involves driving sales by meeting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Versa Bath Fittings products. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, managing inquiries, and providing product demonstrations. The associate will also collaborate with other team members to refine sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of bathroom fittings or similar products is preferred but not mandatory.
• Problem-solving, customer service, and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with on-site client interactions and territory-based sales.
• Proficiency in using sales tools or CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a commitment to driving results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
