Today, SERC, led by Proprietor Ms. Sakuntala, is supported by a dedicated team of professionals specializing in steel and allied industry publications, catering to the needs of global ferrous and non-ferrous sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time Commission Sales Associate role. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting and selling our professional journal and other publication services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is an on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the ferrous and non-ferrous sectors; experience in the steel industry is a plus
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
