Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located at our headquarters in Puri, Odisha. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales of tour packages and travel services. Day-to-day tasks include promoting offerings to domestic and international clients, conducting follow-ups, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular collaboration with the operations team to tailor services will also be required. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet sales targets consistently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse clientele Customer service proficiency and ability to resolve client inquiries efficiently Basic knowledge of travel industry trends and familiarity with local destinations (preferred) Organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Odia, Hindi) is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred) Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
