Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Ranchi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting our design and renovation services, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include generating leads, setting appointments, conducting client consultations, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Consultation skills
• Understanding of Interior Design and Renovation services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the home decor or renovation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
