Commission Sales Associate

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated Commission Sales Associate to join our on-site sales team in Mumbai. You will play a key role in driving sales by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful deals.

Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, presenting our products/services effectively, and participating in training sessions and sales meetings. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong customer service approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries
• Present and demonstrate real estate products/services effectively
• Participate in client meetings, sales events, and internal training
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure a smooth customer experience and post-sales support

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Skilled in presentation and demonstration techniques
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in real estate or technology sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Salary:

• Purely Commission-Based
• Salary is based entirely on the number of successful sales closed
• No fixed monthly salary — earnings depend on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
