Commission Sales Associate

You will be working as a Commission Sales Associate for Faz International, a leading export-import partner specializing in high-quality food commodities. Your primary responsibility will involve selling food commodities such as Rice, Wheat Flour, Sugar, spices, pulses, and fresh produce. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets set by the company. As a Commission Sales Associate, you are expected to possess sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. A good understanding of the food commodities market and export-import processes will be essential for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Prior experience in commission-based sales would be advantageous. The position is based in Kozhikode and offers a hybrid work model with the possibility of some remote work. Your main job responsibility will include identifying and engaging potential buyers from regions such as GCC, EUROPE, and AFRIC. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this role.
