Commission Sales Associate

We’re looking for enthusiastic and well-connected individuals who can help us identify and approach potential clients — including boutiques, studios, showrooms, and local businesses.
Your role will focus on building initial contact, understanding client requirements, and closing deals. Once the deal is closed, our internal team will take over all creative, client, and project management tasks — so your focus stays purely on sales and outreach.Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, visits, or messages.Pitch Dharika’s creative and brand collaboration services confidently.Schedule discussions or meetings as needed.Close deals and ensure clients are onboarded successfully.Coordinate with the Dharika team for handover once the deal is finalized.What You’ll Get:Commission-based earnings: 5–10% per closed deal.Complete flexibility: No fixed hours, no targets — you decide how much you earn.Support system: All portfolios, client decks, and creative briefs will be provided by our team.Network growth: Get direct exposure to local business owners, boutiques, and creative professionals.Who Can Apply:Individuals with prior sales or marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory).Confident communicators with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Freelancers, students, or part-timers looking for performance-based earning opportunities.
