About Us

Café Fiori by Fiori Artisanal is a cozy, ingredient-forward café and dessert kitchen known for European-style patisserie, artisanal breads, and experimental flavours inspired by seasonal Indian-origin produce. We prioritize premium, locally sourced ingredients and mindful cooking, brought to life by our passionate culinary team.

We are looking for a motivated Commis II

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mise en place and preparation across hot, cold, and pantry sections
• Cook and plate dishes as per Café Fiori standards for taste, texture, and presentation
• Support senior chefs during prep, service, and closing operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices (FSSAI standards)
• Follow recipe guidelines, portion control, labeling, and storage SOPs
• Coordinate during service rush hours with efficiency and consistency
• Participate in bread, dessert, and specials preparation when required

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–1 year experience in a professional kitchen (café or bistro preferred)
• Culinary, Hospitality or Pastry Dimploma/Degree is a must
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Reliability, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• Passion for experimental cooking and working with fresh seasonal ingredients
