As an intern at FIORI ARTISANAL, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve greeting guests warmly with genuine hospitality, guiding customers through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining cafe etiquette, clearing and resetting tables to ensure cleanliness and presentation, refilling water, managing cutlery/napkin stocks, and maintaining table hygiene. Additionally, you will be expected to learn and share product knowledge including ingredients, sourcing, and dietary information, as well as communicating guest feedback to the kitchen or management. During rush hours, you will support the coffee bar and pastry counter, and participate in team meetings and training sessions. During your internship, you will gain hands-on training in cafe and patisserie service, as well as exposure to ingredient-led, premium F&B operations. Upon completion of the internship, you will receive a Certificate of Internship and a Letter of Recommendation. There will also be an opportunity to grow into a full-time role within the company. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Baker located in Bengaluru East. The Junior Baker will be responsible for daily bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, producing cookies, and bread.
