Fiori Artisanal began as a passion project founded on three core principles: creating all-natural, chemical- and preservative-free food products, using fresh ingredients sourced from local artisans and farmers, and maintaining eco-conscious practices. Located in Marathahalli, near Whitefield, Bangalore, Fiori Artisanal specializes in a variety of European and American influenced baked goods, including Choux Pastry, Tarts, Cakes, Dietary Inclusive treats, Enriched Breads, and Sourdough. Our mission is to build community awareness, promote a healthy supply chain, and commit to transparency in all our baking practices.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Baker located in Bengaluru East. The Junior Baker will be responsible for daily bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, producing cookies, and bread. The candidate will also assist in maintaining the quality and consistency of all baked goods, ensuring they meet Fiori Artisanal's high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bakery and Baking processes
• Skills in Food Preparation, focusing on artisanal methods
• Proficiency in baking sourdoughs and different types of cakes, choux and french patisserie
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality, natural ingredients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
