Role Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic culinary interns to assist with day-to-day prep, service, and menu development.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with mise en place, basic prep & cooking
Support line service during busy hours
Maintain kitchen hygiene and storage practices
Help with R&D for new savoury dishes
Ensure consistency & quality of food
