• Job Description:

We are hiring 3 Commis II for our kitchen team at Bhubaneswar:

• 1 Commis II – Indian Cuisine
• 1 Commis II – Continental Cuisine
• 1 Commis II – Chinese Cuisine

The ideal candidates should have prior kitchen experience, basic culinary skills, and the ability to assist senior chefs while maintaining quality, hygiene, and discipline.

Positions & Responsibilities1️ Commis II – Indian Cuisine (1 Position)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Indian gravies, curries, and basic dishes.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control.
• Complete mise-en-place for daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
• Follow FIFO for storage and ingredient handling.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Indian cuisine.
• Basic knowledge of Indian cooking techniques.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Culinary diploma preferred.

2️ Commis II – Continental Cuisine (1 Position)

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing salads, sauté dishes, grills, and basic Continental items.
• Follow standard recipes and ensure plating consistency.
• Complete mise-en-place before service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Work under CDP and Sous Chef guidance.
• Handle kitchen tools and ingredients carefully.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
• Knowledge of basic Western cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
• Culinary diploma preferred.
