Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items as per the menu and standard recipes.
  • Ensure the highest quality of taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Assist Chef de Partie and other senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
  • Follow all food safety, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor ingredient levels and assist in stock management.
  • Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
  • Support in training junior staff when required.
  • Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication

With 1 -2 years of experience in Cooking

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
