Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commis 3 to join our kitchen team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about baking, culinary and eager to grow in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in basic food preparation and daily mise en place. Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in delivery. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across workstations, in line with FSSAI standards. Support the kitchen team with ingredient prep, packaging, and inventory handling. Ensure timely and accurate execution of online orders. Comply with all food safety and kitchen operation protocols. Requirements: 0–1 year of experience in a commercial or cloud kitchen (freshers welcome). Understanding of basic kitchen operations and food hygiene. Eagerness to learn, ability to follow instructions, and work efficiently under pressure. Team player with a flexible, positive attitude. Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
