Location: Kerala Café Department: Kitchen Reports to: Commis 2 / Commis 1 / CDP Role OverviewCommis 3 is an entry-level kitchen role focused on basic food preparation and assisting higher-level commis and chefs. This role supports the backbone of kitchen operations. Key ResponsibilitiesBasic prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients. Assist in preparing masalas, batters, chutneys, and accompaniments. Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and kitchen equipment. Ensure proper waste management and follow food safety guidelines. Support Commis 2 and Commis 1 in finishing tasks. Restock stations and maintain organized storage.
